BERKSWELL CC OUTDOOR NET SESSIONS START
Berkswell cricket club’s outdoor net sessions for senior players at will start on Wednesday 25th April at the ground in Meeting House Lane, Balsall Common, from 6.30pm to 8pm .
The club’s skipper, Dominic Ostler commented: “Last season was fantastic with our winning promotion, for the first time in the club’s history, to the Premier division of the Birmingham League and our squad of players did us proud, but we are aware of the challenge that faces us this year and we look forward to welcoming new players. If there are any players locally who would like to be associated with an ambitious club, please come along to the net sessions and see what Berkswell has to offer.
Our junior nets are already being well attended but we still need juniors at U14, U15 and U17 level to strengthen these age groups and youngsters are also invited to come along to our junior training evenings.”
